All our watches are hand built in the UK, our master builders with more than 50 years experience meticulously put all the pieces together to ensure the perfect timepiece every time. The majority of our pieces are hand assembled in the North East of England but we have other facilities in the North West.

In order to offer the most competitive prices we source materials globally, each piece is intensely inspected before any assembly takes place. Want to see your watch come alive get in touch, we can showcase all the pieces as they come in and show you them being assembled.

All our timepieces come with a 12 month warranty where we will cover any manufacturing defects. This sadly will not cover and accidental damages any breakages.

No, under no circumstances are we affiliated with the Seiko brand.

We use Seiko designed movements to ensure high quality timekeeping and the other parts are sourced from high quality distributors globally.

All our timepieces are rated for up to 3ATM of pressure, this means they are suitable for light splashes and rain, we do not recommend them for use in shower, swimming pools or diving.

A multiple of factors can alter a watches water resistance including temperature, crown position and damages, therefore unfortunately our warranty will not cover watches where there is visual signs of water within the piece.

The markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not represent the water resistance capability of our pieces.

We offer a 30 day refund policy on all of our in stock timepieces. Providing the watch is returned within that period in a new condition without signs of wear or damages to either the watch or the box. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to cover the shipping costs of returning the timepiece.

For custom build watches unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund but will do all we can to support to ensure you are 100% happy with your experience with us.
